Details: The smudge brush is designed with the highlighter concealer pencil in mind. The angled tip allows for precise freehand application. Hardwood handle; 4 ¾” overall length. Comes with “Flat Brush Liner” written on the back.
Purpose: This is the perfect brush for applying and blending the pencil to create a beautiful finish.
Why it’s great: This brush has soft but stiff nylon bristles that are perfect for applying brow powder, blending pencil, or cleaning henna or tinting outlines.
