Established in Minnesota after over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, Panoply Beauty is family owned and operated and has built a following and reputation as a leader in product distribution and education, partnering with global beauty industry leaders like Elleebana and Saint Minerals. Their mission is to continue to seak out exclusive beauty brands known for luxury and affordabilty, and offer impeccable customer experiences.
Recognized as a leader in her role with Elleebana, Kelly Rhode was named master trainer in 2018, shortly after coming on board the Elleebana education team in 2017. Her role as Master Trainer was to manage a territory of Elleebana trainers, and to continue to seek out new educator talet to add to the elite Elleebana Educator roster. This quickly lead to her journey into the distribution side of the industry. Elleebana education sky rocketed, and the love of the products and brand lead to the development of Panoply Beauty Distribution. Working with the Elleebana team set the unprecedented benchmark for training and product excellence, so as Panoply Beauty expanded, it remained crucial to only partner with the elite alike.
Passion for quality and dedication to her mission, Kelly discovered another Australian native brand, SAINT MINERALS®, an Australian made, mineral makeup. This partnership allowed for customers to have access to an amazing, mineral-based makeup and education, at wholesale pricing, to further support their professional development and growth.
After a career pivot In the summer of 2023, Kelly stepped away from the education team to further focus on Elleebana product distribution and nation-wide customer support, meanwhile appointing her fellow Elleebana trainer, Alicia Vadnais, as the Official Elleebana Certified Trainer for Panoply Beauty.
Panoply Beauty then expanded it's doors as the Official Saint Minerals USA headquarters, and Kelly as Saint Minerals Operations Manager, North America.
