Panoply's January featured artist, Jaclyn Mai, shares her inspiring beauty industry story with us, and how her love of our brand began:

"I have been in the beauty industry for almost a year. The seeds of my beauty career were planted when I  booked my first facial 4 years ago to address acne scarring and hyperpigmentation. Naive 22-year-old me thought a single facial would do the trick when all I needed was a series of chemical peels and a solid skincare regimen (bye, Clean & Clear!). The confidence that I felt from having clearer skin was unparalleled. I knew I wanted to help others feel good in their own skin. This past year during the pandemic, I booked my first lash extension training course and I haven’t looked back since! I am quitting my full-time job this month to focus on my business and to continue my education. Wish me luck!

"I primarily focus on facials, lash lifts, brow laminations, and waxing. I am truly so passionate about all these services. I can’t see myself doing anything else!
